Refund policy

Radiant Doll Health & Wellness – Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: May 4, 2025


1. Overview

At Radiant Doll Health & Wellness, we are committed to offering premium wellness products and a transparent customer experience. Due to the nature of our catalog—which includes health-related, made-to-order, and third-party-fulfilled items—certain products are non-returnable. This policy outlines general return conditions and supplier-specific exceptions.


2. General Return Policy (Radiant Doll-Branded Products)

  • Return Window: 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
  • Exclusions: Customized or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after return approval.
  • Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
  • Return Processing Fee:


    Due to high-value transactions and processing costs:

    • Orders canceled or returned prior to shipment are subject to a $100 processing fee
    • Orders returned after shipment are subject to a 10% restocking fee

    Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.



3. Manufacturer-Specific Policies

3.1 Body Balance System Products (Including Red Light Therapy Devices)

  • Return Policy: All sales are final due to health and safety regulations.
  • No Returns/Exchanges: Items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Shipping Charges: Non-refundable.
  • Open-box Products: May show minor cosmetic blemishes but are tested and include a standard warranty.
  • Third-Party Purchases: Contact the original retailer.

3.2 Bathing Brands Products

  • Return Window: 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Return Authorization: Email contact@radiantdollhealth.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Return Shipping: Items must be shipped insured and via the original method (Ground or LTL).
  • Shipping Costs: Covered only if the item is returned due to shipping damage or Bathing Brands error.
  • Restocking Fees: A 10% restocking fee will be applied
  • Inspection:  Refunds issued for undamaged returns minus the 10% restocking fee; otherwise, a claim must be filed with the carrier.

4. Return Instructions

To initiate a return, contact our team at contact@radiantdollhealth.com with your order number and reason for return. If eligible, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, an RMA number.


5. Refund Processing

  • Inspection: All returns are inspected upon receipt.
  • Notification: Customers will be notified of approval or denial.
  • Refund Timing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable or sanitary goods
  • Digital downloads or gift cards
  • Items marked Final Sale or Open-box (unless defective)

7. Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Defective, damaged, or incorrect items only.
  • Process: Contact contact@radiantdollhealth.com to request an exchange.
  • Shipping Costs: Covered for defective/incorrect items; otherwise, the customer is responsible.

8. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable law.
