Question: Can I complete the shower space and install the generator after?
Answer: Yes, the homeowner can complete their shower space by installing plumbing and all the needed components for the generator and have the generator connected at a later time. This allows for the homeowner to still use their shower space in the interim of not having the generator installed.

Question: Will customers existing order for the 1.0 generator be transitioned to the 2.0 generator?
Answer: Yes, the release of the new skus will allow Customer Service to contact customers and transfer existing open orders from 1.0 to 2.0 generators.

Question: Will the pricing of the 2.0 generator be the same as the 1.0 generator?
Answer: Yes, the pricing of the 2.0 generator will match the pricing of the 1.0 generator for 2024.
